Risk registers capture firm-wide or departmental risks, mitigations, and review history.
Where to find it
Open Risk registers in the sidebar (requires Risk.View). Select a register to open its detail workspace.
Typical activities
- Log a new risk with owner, likelihood, impact, and mitigation tasks.
- Review and close risks when mitigations are verified.
- Export or report to governance committees (depends on tenant reporting).
Permissions
Creation and editing may require additional permissions beyond view access.
