My profile and assets

The Me area is your personal corner of SBOS.AI: profile details and any asset register items assigned to you.

Where to find it

1. Open Me (or My profile) from the user menu / navigation, depending on your firm’s menu layout.
2. Use My profile for personal and employment-related fields your organisation maintains.

My assets

Under My assets, you can open items from the firm’s asset register that are linked to you as custodian or owner.

Typical uses include:

• Laptops, phones, and security tokens issued by the firm.
• Keys, passes, or equipment with compliance or insurance tracking.

Each asset record shows status, notes, and history relevant to your responsibilities.

Permissions

You only see assets your role allows. Asset register administration may be handled separately from CRM or matters; ask your SBOS.AI administrator if an item is missing.
