Contacts/ Clients
The Contacts / Clients page is a simple table view that displays a list of Contacts and Clients the Organisation is associated with.
When a Client is created an Organisation can be associated with them, as well as either a Primary contact or a Primary and Secondary contact.
The table groups these relationships by Contacts and Client and displays them in a table view.
For your convenience each row is clickable, taking you to the relevant Contact or Client.
Relationships
The Relationships page displays a relationship between Organisations. If the table is empty then the Organisation is not associated with another Organisation.
Clicking the related organisation will take you to that Organisation's page in Portal.
Add a Relationship
To create a new Relationship click on + Relationship button. This will open a box where you can search for the Organisation (this will be the parent) and you can select the type of Relationship the Organisation holds.
We have 3 types of Organisation Relationships:
- Owner
- Trustee
- Appointer
When you click the Confirm button a Parent/Child relationship is created between the two organisations.
Please be aware when you create a Relationship you are ALWAYS selecting a Parent Organisation.
