Staff Directory

Overview

The Staff Directory is a list of internal email addresses for the ADLV Law Staff. It allows you to review each individual's email addresses as well as distribution lists.

Permissions

Users with the required permissions can access the Staff Directory from the icon menu. Simply click the id-tag icon to drop down the Staff Directory. This is the icon directly to the left of your profile icon.

Directory

The Staff Directory has two lists:

• People
• Groups

Each list allows you to begin drafting an email to the group or individual mail box, by clicking the envelope beside the email address. You can switch between the lists using the toggle at the top-right of the Staff Directory.

People

This is the list of staff members and system email addresses.

The People view contains information for each individual on:

• Office
• Name
• Bill-out Rate
• Email address
• Work phone number

Groups

This is the list of distribution lists. Emails sent to these addresses will send to all the individuals who are part of that group. Some groups are nested, for example Group 3 Lawyers consists of Group 3.2 Principals and Group 3.2 Juniors, and those groups are both further delineated by Sydney and Adelaide offices.

The Groups view contains information for each Group on:

• Name
• Email address
• Description
