Sprints

Overview

At the Andreyev group we run fortnightly Sprints to help us assess performance over shorter periods of time.

The Sprints view is a new simplified view for Product Managers to help manage the workload of the team by understanding the number of activities in each Sprint. Project tasks are automatically assigned to a Sprint when a due date is set on a Task.

You can view all the Tasks that have been assigned to you by clicking on the "Show Mine Only" filter or you can view all Tasks in a Sprint by leaving it unchecked.

Clicking on a Task card will take you to the Project the Task relates to, and bring up the Task details.

When you apply a filter, you will also see the Summary Cards (a.k.a widgets) update to display the data related to the Tasks in the view.

We have 3 Summary Widgets.

• Sprint: Displays the Sprint number and the Sprint date. The default data being displayed will always be the current Sprint.
• Total Estimated: Displays the total Budgeted Units associated with all the Task cards
• Total Accumulated: Displays the total Units recorded on a Task card
