Dashboard
Overview
When you first login you will be taken to your Dashboard. This is a graphical representation of the key performance indicators of the firm. The Dashboard is provided by embedding a Metabase report. The report will be the same for all users, however there are some report widgets that will rely on your first name and or your user ID so that they display data that is relevant to you.
Administrators are the only users who have the necessary permissions to select which reports are displayed on the Dashboard.
Currently the Your Prompts report is displayed on the Dashboard, which contains the following visualisations:
- Matters and leads with status of ‘To be followed up’ or ‘Waiting for external to respond’ with last touch over 14 days ago
- Draft invoices
- Leads over 7 days old with status of ‘to be quoted’
- Leads with last touch over 14 days ago
- Matters with status of ‘needs to be billed’
- Matters with WIP greater than $4,000
- Matters with WIP age > 60 days
- WIP value by matter
- Matters with last touch over 14 days ago
- Matters with status ‘to be followed up'
- Matters with status ‘waiting for internal review'
You will also be able to see links to your contract KPIs (financial) and personal stats.
Permissions
As a user with Dashboard permissions, you will be able to View dashboards in the Portal.
To access Dashboards, you need to have the following permissions.
- TBC.View
- TBC.Create
- TBC.Edit
- TBC.Delete
Add a Report to the Dashboard
To add a Metabase report to the dashboard, access the administration menu by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner, and selecting Administration from the list.
If ‘Administration’ does not appear, you do not have the required permissions.
Look for Metabase Reports under the Resources section. Click on a report from the list and click the Show report on Dashboard checkbox. After selecting the checkbox the report is displayed on the Dashboard for all users.
