Notifications

Overview

Portal will automatically notify you through Notifications each time there is an event that affects you.

When there is a notification that affects you, you will see a Red pulsing dot appear in the Notifications section of the site. Notifications are sent real-time using SignalR

You will see a list of new and some previous notifications.

Permissions

As a user with Notification permissions, you will be able to View Notifications in the Portal.

To access Notifications, you need to have the following permissions.

• Notifications.View

Notification Events

We are currently triggering a Notification on the following events.

• Assigned or Removed from a Matter or Matter Component
• Assigned or Removed from a Project or Project Task
• When you have been requested to review a Document
• When a Document request, you have made has been Approved or Rejected
• When an Invoice you requested approval for is approved or rejected
• When an Invoice you Drafted is Processed
• Need to include this Approve or Rejected a Trust Account Request

Clicking on the new Notification (light blue) will let the system know you have read the notification, and this will be marked as read (light grey).
